I'm new to all this. With all my health problems I have been pretty immobile for years so without any research I set the goal on my new smartwatch to 3000 steps like I was really doing something. Last night was the first time I really paid attention to the "calories burned" and apparently 3000 isn't anything. Guess I have to set my goal higher! lol
