Yesterday was a real test for me. My friend and I took our girls to Dave and Busters. The food there all looks so great...just the stuff I like bar food! Not only did I have to find something on the menus to eat but the others ordered all share foods that just say and sat on the table while the girls played....pizza, loaded tater tots, spin ice dip with chips...so hard to not try just a bit. I resisted. It was not easy but now that it’s over I feel better about myself that I was able to hold on to the control especially this early in the process.
