Indian is healthier, especially things like tandoori stuff, it's grilled usually and some stuff like kebabs aren't usually fried and fire baked/grilled and sometimes contains yogurt and really low sugar and is made out of natural finely ground dry spices which are clearly healthy if you order the right stuff, stay away from butter naans or curries with fatty stuff like cheese and butter in em, compared to Chinese food which contains msg, oils, sauces, and unhealthy additives.

Okay thank you guys. Actually, I am Taiwanese (maybe someone heard before). The rice I ate is steam quinao and rice so there is no oil or spice inside.
