Hari ini mau jalan2,bawa bekal lagi ❤️

- nasi diganti Kembang kol,bawput,bawmer,himsalt,lada,telur,Hati ayam.
*Ikan gindara keju almond*
- Gindara,Parmesan,almond flour,telur,himsalt,lada
*Ayam panggang wijen*
- Paha ayam boneless,minyak wijen,bawmer,bawput,paprika bubuk,himsalt,lada,biji wijen
