一早起來就上廁所,所以體重持續下降,但腸胃炎好了之後,今天正常吃喝⋯不知道要回彈多少啊!
早餐:拿鐵300ml/黑糖小饅頭1顆
午餐:玉文芒果2/3顆
晚餐:麥當勞大麥克(抽掉中間的麵包)薯條2/3份/檸檬紅茶1/4杯
58.1 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
