Say a prayer
OH I WILL say a few today for me to step on that scale tomorrow am!!!, AFTER the bad girl i was on sunday! OH MAN!! WHEW!
So, tomorrow is the day i will weigh in, good or bad, i will share it with all of you, so NOT only i learn, all of you will learn my my being bad! LOL!!!

Good luck...you'll do fine. Let me know how you did...but my question is...HOW BAD WERE YOU ON SUNDAY? lol You're doing fine and if the weigh-in is a reflection of what happened on Sunday...then you'll get right back on that horse again...You can do this...
