I’m starting to have those thoughts that begin the backslide and eventual loss of control on my diet. You know, “you deserve to eat what you want!” Or “just one meal isn’t going to kill your plans” or “if you’re in this for the long haul, today isn’t going to matter”.
I’ve been reigning in my inner temptress as much as possible, but a flour tortilla on Friday, misc fruit and too much food on Saturday, a handful of tortilla chips today... I’m feeling pretty ugly about staying on track. Uggg.
Weigh in will be ugly in the morning. Time to search for an exciting new Keto recipe.
