This morning a fit into a Lilly Pulitzer dress I haven't worn since high school! (when I was 120) It is a size 4, and I am definitely not a 4 yet, but somehow by the miracle stretch fabric I was able to zip it up and it looked pretty damn good. I can definitely see that I am starting to look toned in addition to being thinner.

That was very rewarding!

It was my goal to be able to wear this dress to my best friend's bridal shower coming up soon and I think if I lose just a little more, I will look great in it and not just squeezed in, lol. I'm so motivated!

And this weekend looks like it might be a godsend as I was so busy last night that I did so much walking and socializing and only had the healthy appetizers offered. I'm a woman on a mission now!
