Thank you Adefwebserver, I was really focused with my new lifestyle, but restaurant's food has way too many calories, I get fat just breathing inside the restaurant haha

Well I went to a restaurant yesterday and gained-4-pounds! So yeah :)

At least we enjoyed the food haha, today I am going to create a meal plan for the next 5 days and stick with it, I am going to show to my inner pig that I have control over myself 🙏😎
