I way over did it yesterday with fresh tomato sauce over penne and meatballs. I don't know why, but those were the best meatballs I ever made and I couldn't stop eating them!!

I did make them with our own 98% lean ground beef, so they weren't as bad as they could have been. I also made them REALLY SMALL, so they cooked really fast and I felt like I was eating a ton of them, but it really probably wasn't that many.

This weekend is going to be a challenge: cookout tonight, babyshower tomorrow, Mother's Day Sunday. God help us.
