30 percent body fat I plan on working out I will do 30 min at the gym before going to stuffed sandwhich Ate a nice chicken meal at Nichols portions out food Nice transition.I'm Surprised I lost so much in One day...but I know it's water weight So no need to celebrate not until I can maintain my goal weight and get into some smaller Jeans. So looking forward to it. Also Wanna prove to the BF I can do this and But more for my self and feel more confortable Today I changed my Weight goal to 115 I haven't been 115 since college before freshman year!!! Man..if I only worked out and kept it up then. Every day is a new challenge..Time to conquer them all =)
