old picture( 2012) my weight was 105 lb. Now people keep telling that I already looks good and I know that.But I wonder? it is somenting bad to want to have abs, at least once in my life? I still have a little belly fat at 105 because I am a little person

I don't know exactly my goal weight, one thing I am sure is that I am not trying to kill myself 😛😂, I just want a six-pack 😏

nothing wrong with wanting to get a bit of a 6 pack, you are doing this for you, so what your opinion is tops everyone elses.

Thank you Baskington, this month I did lose .4 lb , I increase my calorie intake (200+) and so my exercise(1 hour) , I am pretty sure that I have lost BF. I am doing something good 😀 But sometimes I get mad because people tend to call you fat or sick , it's hard to please others.

If you start weights for real then your weight might stay the same but you will get more definition and maybe abs.

Do 100 crunches before getting out of bed or before sleep. Watch you favorite show and it will be easy

I it’s not bad!!! I am 5 ft and 120 and I want abs so bad but just can’t get there :( no matter how hard I try.

Keilin, there is nothing wrong with that goal weight. Keep up the good work! These are the toughest pounds to lose, you need encouragement not concern posts. There is no set scale weight that makes you unhealthy. There is a mirror that shows the real story. You need to reduce body fat to show the abs, all the crunches in the world won't do a thing if they are hidden by a layer of fat, @I Am Thor.

I am simply tired of having to say that I am no longer trying to lose weight, to avoid criticism. We know that to see a 6-pack we have to reduce body fat. I also know that it is possible to reduce body fat without losing weight, I really do not know what I will do but I will not stop working for my abs 😛😀

one thing - sometimes we get so focused on losing weight, getting defined abs, and any other body perfection, that it can consume all our life... nothing else is left... when dieting becomes an eating disorder? not when you hit a certain number, but when all your life is focused on eating, losing weight, exercising and etc.. I think you look gorgeous in this picture... this is coming from a person who once lost the fat from her stomach, or whole body and had pretty bad consequences... Women, differently then men are suppose to have a certain amount of fatty tissue on their belly, other vice it affects your reproductive system. Have you ever thought why do you want yo have perfect abs? :) Truly why? (no need to answer, rhetorical question). Every time I see body builder women, there is something very unattractive in their bodies... unnatural... if you cannot love yourself in this picture, you won't like yourself any better with your "perfect body"...

Just ignore the criticism. I had one person tell me that I need to stop losing weight because I am getting too skinny but I am still 20+ lbs over weight! You will always have someone judge you no matter what you do... so do you!
