Mjgh06, that's true, let's do it for ourselves 😀 

I love hanging leg raises. I do pyramids with 5 lb weights on my ankles. The reps are 8,9,10,11,12,12,11,10,9,8, then on a different day I do high reps with no weights, and four other intense core exercises throughout the week. I work abs harder than need be, because I'm trying to correct some bad days of eating, which I know better, but do it sometime anyway. However, I don't plan cheat days, That's like a drug addict treating their sobriety with drugs.  

You look fine but if you want abs, go for it! Sprinting is great for keeping your core slim. 

Keilin, the cutie as always :) It's a good dream and I have the same one like many of us here. We all strive to be the best possible version of ourselves. Now that you are aiming for the excellence, plan it out and prioritize the things necessary to achieve your goal. For women, defined abs will show at or below 18% body fat approximately . For men, it is below 10% approximately. You may check your body fat percentage by body fat caliper but for super accuracy you may try DEXA scan at radiology department in any local hospital if you don't mind shelling out $100. You will surely achieve your goal. All the best!!!

Keilin! Thanks for starting this post and to all those that responded! This is what I love about FatSecret! It seems we are all here doing this for health, strength, or to sculpt our bodies into something we think is better. Love it when those that have been living this life speak out about how they have accomplished this or that!
