Gosh darn it. I went over my calories. Thats what I get for not counting them before I eat. I usually like to plan out my meals and then eat but I was visiting my parents this weekend and ate what was in their house. Lesson learned. Ill just bring my own food when visiting my parents. Although I should have known that having two sandwiches of salami and provolone cheese was a bad idea.
