I've been using the treadmill instead of walking outdoors due to the heat and/or rain. I find that I can actually go faster on the treadmill - up to 4.5 mph! Today I discovered that by increasing the incline by even 5%, I burn a lot more calories! Tomorrow is my next weigh-in. I'm hoping I'm at 180 (that's 40 lbs. lost since the beginning of May) which will mean I have only 6 more lbs. to lose to reach the goal the clinic has set for me. My goal of one pant size smaller was reached a month ago and now the new pants are too big! I guess more shopping will be in order! LOL I always used to hate shopping for clothes. Now it's fun.
