I went over my calories yesterday because I spent the evening with friends and wine. I have been so careful for over a week now. I do know that once in a while can be okay but I am an all or nothing person. I was terrified that I would wake this morning with the oh well forget it attitude but instead I decided not to regret last night and look at it as a deserved mental vacation.
