My first week of diet wasn't that bad... Maybe my mistake was to start a diet when I'm with my period. It was very hard the temptation to take a big piece of chocolate and put it inside of me! But I could. I'm feeling very proud of me. I don't know how long it will last, but in the mean time I will feel good with it.

Maybe yesterday was the only day I didn't follow diet. I had visit in my house and with the party I couldn't refuse some things... Nevermind I don't feel as guilty as I used to be when I wasn't in a diet and eaten a lot of things. I think it is a good thing after all.

This afternoon I will go to my scale and I will weight in... I have fear because I think maybe I didn't lose as much as I expect... but I have to do it!.
