Losing too much. Need to build muscle and maintain 74kg. I’m still researching how to work out a good macro split!!
67.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mark, if you wamt to build muscle, check out this group on facebook,(Ketogenic Intermittent Fasting) if you join you MUST read the pinned post under announcements, there is lots of information in that post, also work out your macros using the ketogains calculator,dont use any other!! put in your measurements and set the excercise level at sedentary and click on the button ketogains recommended.good luck :-)

Hey David, Many thanks for your info. You are doing brilliant!! I will check out the group and info you suggest! I’ve lost 3 stone in 3 months. Now need to enjoy running and put gains in muscle. Can’t afford to join a gym! Good luck Mark

I think you will find this group helpful,they can sometimes be a bit blunt.Do read the pinned post first. Look at the results others have achieved. Make sure you use the ketogains calculator to get the correct macros,there are a lot of keto groups giving out bad advise, this isn't one of them :-)

You dont need to join a gym to do push ups ,sits ups ,squats etc
