sy kira akg utk turun bb nya wajar kak @leni, krn kak @ito perlu energi yg besar dg bb saatini utk menunjang kegiatan sehari2 nya. sy pun dg bb 62-64 dan program maintain bb perlu akg harian 2400.

Klo skrg sih saya lg cutting. Jd targetnya 2,000 kalori / day aja.
