Is it ok to admit I am PLANNING on being weak today? It is my daughter's 8th birthday party (the only one left that is still sweet and not sassy; oh how I wish she was not getting older). I plan on eating a healthy piece of her "horse" birthday cake. I also purchased a nice bottle of Moscato wine to enjoy later tonight. I will consider it a mother's day gift to myself; but actually it is a punishment since I will have to deal with the outcome later. :(

Nope.As long as you have the mindset to be good for the rest of the week I think you are good! :) Have fun indulging a bit and the get back on the horse tomorrow.
