biasanya kalo aku kasih telur rebus (pake kuningnya juga), udang kukus 8-10 biji + keju slice. gizinya seimbang (lemak, karbo, protein) proteinnya tinggi n kalori gasampe 450 ^^ kadang kalo pengen aku minum susu lowfat juga :)
