hi everyone. i have gained some weight so ive started an exercise routine on a free app. i exercise once daily & stretch in the morning & evening. i am also going to use the ketogenic meal replacement shake so ill eat less. i will weigh myself in the morning it feels good so far. there was one i couldnt do because i cant hold all of this weight. ill ttyt
