Aw! Sorry you gained! But slip ups are part of the weight loss journey. Shrug it off and get back to eating healthy again. Good luck!

Thanks! I am going to be honest. I am an emotional eater and me and my fiance got into a huge argument and of course I turned to food as my comfort measure! I have ALWAYS done that and that's why I am overweight! So, I need to find some other form of comfort. It's so hard to do when you have done it for so long.

I have that same problem. When I get bored and restless I eat. My husband works shift work so that makes it very tough.

Hang in there...Remember, it's one meal at a time so if you mess up on one you can always correct it on the next.
