Tobasco on pilchards on guacamole on tomato on cottage cheese on whole wheat bread with black unsweetened coffee.

I would probably swop the pilchards for Tuna but will definitely try this.

From the 2 tins in front of me pilchards double the Omega 3, EPA and DHA and half the cholesterol of tuna.
