Well not sure what to journal about...so I guess I'll talk about my fat.. lol...I guess im technically like 2 months in and Im not on a specific diet because my normal eating habits are pretty good.My main issue is the exercise. Im attempting to do a full gym(cardio/weight train) exercise at least 4 days a week but my recent work schedule has knocked me off a little..I plan to get more organized this week so I can stick to my workout..and hopefully the fat will continue to fall.. :-) Go me!
