I also if, but because I am doing keto, it's strange how some days you can deal with and just get with your day and then others you feel like you are wasting away. do you have any tips?

I follow a similar pattern to you and it works just grand. I can have a decent plate of food at each meal (liking the look of your meals) and so don't feel deprived in any way. Happy it's working for you too 😃

Not sure?! All I can say is I eat oatmeal peanut butter and banana to break my fast at 12:30 I only drink black coffee when I’m fasting and I make sure I exercise after I’ve had at least my first meal of the day.. hope this is helpful x

Oatmeal and banana are out of the window as I can't eat either on keto which is a shame as I used to love eating them but black coffee I can do, thanks for your response though 😊
