Slept well. Decided to go out for lunch. Went to a Thai/ Chinese buffet place and tried not to go completely off the rails. Had a small plate and took a small amount of the stuff I liked and then a plate of ice cold fresh fruits after the other food, probably should have had that first. By the time we ran some other errands and got everything in the house I still was full from lunch so we both skipped eating.
