It's my husband's birthday today and I feel like going back to bed and pulling the covers over my head.
I weighed in this morning and guess what? I weigh EXACTLY the same. This is like groundhog day. I was so disappointed I almost left the gym in tears. Instead, I went through my exercises at punishing speed and pushed myself so hard it hurt. The trainer keep spouting the same old stuff-just hang in there, your metabolism will catch up, blah, blah, blah. Do the math sister! It takes 3500 cals to burn a pound of fat. I should have burned a few bricks by now! I have to find a way to keep going, the alternative is to get in bed with a pizza.
