Is ok that some day I more calories and other days I eat less calories Do you think it’s okay or should I try and eat the same amount Calories Each day Help please x

I've been doing this for some time and my dietician said that it was fine as long as it averaged out to about 1500kcals/day over a week. Seems to be working for me OK

My calories up and down a bit but think it is good for body not to get stuck in a rut and means you can enjoy a few treats here and there.
