Been a bad boy yesterday by going well over my allotted calories, if I had stuck to just my pizza, I would have been well under, but no, I had to eat an avocado with prawn cocktail sauce on, as much as I am not fussed with avacado's I like prawns, didn't know that an avocado was so high in calories, won't be eating any of those again.
