Do whatever the doctor said. If the doctor didn't specify, rest for at least a couple of days. Let your body fight the infections and heal as the antibiotics kick in. Drink lots of water. Walking is good. Get well soon!

Doctor didn't specify and I forgot to ask. So probably rest the rest of week and go back to the gym on Saturday. Is cardio ok?

Personally I would recommend rest... give the body a bit of time to concentrate on fighting the infections, instead of other stuff. :)
