I try to do two things: buy something new when I go food shopping that I've not tried before or haven't had for ages and the other thing is looking for low fat quick recepies in books or on tv food websites. This app has recepies too. stay focused you'll get there and don't beat yourself up if you stray once in a while.

I find that looking for healthy vegetarian recipes is a good way of keeping things interesting.. especially Indian or Moroccan inspired. Lots of flavour and often incorporating chickpeas, lentils etc which are super healthy. They make great stand alone meals or can be used as side dishes for the usual meat or fish. Also, There are some great recipes in Mimi Spencer’s fast day recipe book as well.. very tasty and all calorie counted so super easy to fit into a calorie counted diet

Keep your meals interesting, experiment with foods you haven’t tried before. As long as you stick to your calories you will be fine.
