08/16/12 I didn't want to do it!!! Yeah a co-worker came in with a snack size McFlurry for all 3 of us tonight and lo and behold I had no willpower and no one else to give it to. I suppose I could have given one of them mine on top of theirs. Ok my bad! Anyway I will weigh in on Sunday and good or bad will take the results in stride. Still motivated though!!
