Had a weigh in today. I don't weigh myself between official weigh ins so I wasn't sure what was going on although I know I'm looking good! LOL Anyway, I have broken the 180 mark - I was 179 at today's weigh in. That's another 4 lbs in two weeks! The goal is 175 so I'm just about there. My belly size is also down from 38.2 inches to an amazing 36.5 inches. I'm even losing belly fat! I attribute this to an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill. Problem is that even the clothes that I bought in June are too big! And I see the difference! By the way, I'm 71 years old. So I guess it's never too late to be healthy!
