You will never lose that pouch that you want consuming this much sugar regularly. To take it to the next level sugar has to be sparse. Yes you can lose the weight you want like this when in deficit, but you miss building blocks to give you that trim look.

You said you eat clean , abs are made on the kitchen I know that , and I supposed to eat "wholesome food " but I have been eating too many cupcakes lately
