This is the first step to keeping a promise I made to my daughter. I promised her that I would lose 50 pounds for her wedding. Well she became engaged and the date has been set for July 26, 2008.

What a great goal...and you have a good amount of time to do it...that way you don't feel rushed. When you lose over time, you're more likely to keep it off!! Good luck, we're all rooting for you!!!!
