Haven't been able to use my workout video. For some reason, it won't play. :(

**TODAY'S FOOD**
Breakfast: Water
Lunch: Herring Salat (smoked herring, pickled beets, onions, capers,
tbsp. mayonnaise, tbsp. or less of sour cream)
Dinner:
Snack: 1 Keebler M&M Cookie
