I haven't been doing much of anything about diet! Had my big 70 birthday, ate chicken fried steak twice, skipped the cake though! Weighed in yesterday at 192.6, stayed completely back on my diet all day yesterday and this morning weighed 189.0, hope it is really down to under 190 and I'm starting back with that loss (probably water and poo 😃). My phase 1 of this diet is veggies and a little bit of berries. Breakfast was good, kinda Chinese flair! BP was up during my bad week and back down after being back on it one day. It seems to be really good for my BP!
