well I'm not doing so great. I guess I am obsessive compulsive try to do too much be too good and then I just fail. last night I have I guess you call it a stack of saltine crackers then I took a about 5 tablespoons of butter added couple of tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder with a couple of packs of stevia. that sort of simulates a candy bar I guess you'd say. finally fell asleep. but karma got me in the butt this morning I was going to go back to my old big bowl of Cheerios lots of milk and sugar but as I poured the milk into the bowl of Cheerios it got all glumpy, evidently it was no good anymore. I took it out to the chickens. so here I sit faced with my normal quitting attitude, wanting to give up give it all in say it's not worth it just too hard.

Are you on the right diet for you? Dieting shouldn't to make you feel miserable about what you eat. :)
