I hate working nights! It literally takes my body like days to recoup! I always seem too tired and hungry!It's because When I do sleep and it's all day, I wake up at night an I am starving because I haven't ate all day, So I am then ready to eat the house down. So needless to say I haven't done well at all this week. Started off good today though. I need to exercise. Have you guys ever tried walk away the pounds dvds? I was just curious, I thought maybe I could try that. Well, I wish everyone a good day!
