Hello Everyone!

I hate working nights! It literally takes my body like days to recoup! I always seem too tired and hungry!It's because When I do sleep and it's all day, I wake up at night an I am starving because I haven't ate all day, So I am then ready to eat the house down. So needless to say I haven't done well at all this week. Started off good today though. I need to exercise. Have you guys ever tried walk away the pounds dvds? I was just curious, I thought maybe I could try that. Well, I wish everyone a good day!

I've never tried it but when I worked in retail ppl were always coming in looking for them. My husband works shift work and it sucks!

Im with you. I work shift work and nights are terrible. I usually need to eat the whole night just to keep my body going. Plus I usually end up eating all day 2. It sucks. Im not looking forward to going back to shift work in the next month :(
