Because I don't have my computer I think I have been slipping up, (i KNOW) I have been slipping up on food this week. At one point I was up 1 point this week, and it's because I don't have the diet calendar whenever I want it, to serve as a check on my food intake. Might take another week until I get my own again. That's my excuse and I am sticking to it...........I will weigh myself tomorrow or Saturday for the final week's tally.....
