figured out what my issue was lol. My aunt flo visited a week early. water weight, fatigue, and irritability. however my weight is still 288. So at least there's tjat. I am still going to adjust macros. I feel like it takes forever for even ounces to go away. Still trying to understand all this dieting stuff. and of course all the sugar lately very bad. So lower carbs, higher proteins. going with 40/30/30. weight training days 20/40/40. see if that helps. maybe do that for September see how I feel. Will also work on not eating such heavily processed foods as well. I will pay more attention to my macros!

yes cutting out refined sugars and flours will make a big difference. Eating more veggies, especially the lower carb ones is great. Just those things you plan combined with your exercise will definitely do the job. I think you will feel a lot better too if you can stick to it.

I'm gonna try LOL. I'm very stubborn. Once I make my mind up to do something I don't stop until it's done. Beside its my body and I'm in control of it! My daily mantra. " I can do this, Its my body, I will control what goes in it"
