📌低碳生酮284天~63.2(-16.7)
來來!快看到62開頭了
期盼以久😍😍
今天一早吃好多高蛋白質
#煎蛋2顆.#酪梨半顆.#蛋餅一份.
夭壽喔!也太放鬆還吃蛋餅😆
中餐再來一碗#香菇雞肉湯!嫩阿!
還有配 #半片滷排骨。
晚餐吃中午剩的#雞湯煮火鍋
湯裡有三種蔬菜 #一盤小黃瓜炒豆干
還有幾片生酮餅干
飲品三倍黑咖啡。兩瓶冷泡茶
水喝2000以上就不計算了
63.2 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
