So my week started of poorly, but I didn't let it stand in the way of the rest of my week. I worked out three times this week and ate fairly well. I am going to try and out-do myslef this week. I found that, after looking back on my food journal, that I have not been eating all of my fruits and veggies and drinking all of my water. So, this week I am going to get back to the basics! I am excited to see what the results will be next week!! Have a great week!

Great jod on the loss! You have such a great attitude:) If things aren't going so well just get back on track. Goals are good to have - I am going to make it a goal to have my water, fruits & veggies as well. Have a great week too!
