Just had the annual 4-day-weekend music festival where I disregard diet completely and have exactly as much fun as I feel like having. Last year, it set me back 15 pounds - all but 1 of which disappeared within 3 or 4 days. This year, only 5 pounds. Didn't try hard enough, apparently. At least the new mass should help offset not being able to lift on Friday when I pick up the iron again tonight.
I did, also, get to see Bruce Hornsby play "Super Freak" as an accordion ballad at this festival. So that was...different.
