Such a Great lunch! Really filling and healthy and delicious!

It's just half a cup of cooked, cold brown rice seasoned with a little sesame oil and soy sauce, a tin of John West chilli and garlic tuna, half an avocado, a well seasoned tomato and a big chunk of cucumber. So filling and ticks lots of good nutritional boxes!
