Recipe for a Light Keto Lunch( 8 servings)

450g Gypsey Ham or 2packets Bacon(fried)
6 Eggs(beaten)
3Cups Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup Cream
1/2 Cup water
Add: pepper, garlic/ Italian herbs
Mix and pour into rectangular pyrex dish
Bake 180C approximately 40 minutes
Cut in squares and serve with greek salad.
ENJOY!...enough servings for a couple of days.
