strange no understand why increase weight

i went to the gym to make cardio and abdominals, plus run 10 mintures plus bike....

day that i went to the gym, wednesday and thursday.. today was lazy and didnt goo...

so i ate only in the morning 2 breads with cheese
and jam and 1 avena light.. i know too bad.. no white flour is allow in this diet....

for lunch , crab soup, and ate 2crabs

for dinner , i ate 3 crabs, and as a dessert
pinneaple slices.

and waterrrrr a lot of waterrrrrrrrr.

im thinking to go to gym tomorrow saturday and sunday..

I WANNA LOOSE WEIGHTTTTTTTTTTTT

Ive had a hard time with Atkins in the past because if you blow it in the afternoon after eating all that meat and cheese and fat in the day - then the pounds really pile on - you could just be retaining water though right now... Maybe if you dont have kids? you can get rid of the white flour and carbs or at least put them in a cabinet that is hard to reach - I put my sons food in a cabinet that is easy for him to reach and keep it closed so I am not tempted.

Also muscle weighs more. I've found in the past that when I yoyo with Atkins on, off, on, off, then my cholesterol skyrocketed. I've started this week, but I'm going to lean towards more leaner meats and low fat cheese this time.
