As I suspected, I am down almost 3 pounds today. Water weight and waste for sure. Didn't make it to the gym this morning but I should have since I tend to be more "on time" when I do and I was late enough that I did 85 on my way to work. Damn car's check engine light is on, I think I know what needs to be done but we just haven't done it yet. In the mean time, it is eating up gas so not only did I leave the house late, but then I had to stop for gas.
Anywho! Back on track - Day 2. Brought left overs for lunch today. Just need to stay away from the snacking!
