@anzani: pisang 1 oats instan 50gr putih telur 1 kalau kurang encer tambahin air dikit, pake teflon olesi minyak aku pake canola extra virgin oil, abis itu panggang kalau soal toping bebas aku pake seres coklat 10 gr sama kacang mete sangrai 25 gr

Yaa oatsnya 50g sist, biasa buat sarapan aja cuma 35g 😊😊😊 cocoknya buat sarapan apa makan siang nihhhh

@ayu: pertama kan aku kasih 20gr terus adonan encer jadi aku tambahin lagi sampai 50gr 😅, soalnya tadi pisang gede 110 gr, ya tergantung sih ya mau sarapan apa lunch bisa 3x makan aku kalau segitu
